- Long-term relationships with suppliers from the immediate vicinity as well as high-quality products from the region are an elementary part of contributing to productivity in the region and being able to spoil you in the best possible way!
- The fruit freshly cut for you, the Birchermüesli prepared according to our own recipe – a rich and balanced breakfast for an energetic start to the day, lovingly prepared for you by our team.
- Selected bakery products from a regional company are delivered fresh for you every day – rolls, pretzels, bread and cakes are brought straight from the bakery to the small side door in the morning.
- Most of our dairy products come from the regional company Schwarzwaldmilch, which is characterized, among other things, by the high standards it places on animal husbandry – and our guests confirm again and again that you can taste it…
- The ham and all related products that we present to you on lovingly arranged platters. Naturally from the Black Forest and fresh from the Freiburg Münstermarkt – our focus is to provide you with high quality products from our region.
- The eggs that we use to prepare all of your fresh egg dishes come from a poultry farm in the region that we have been working with for years
- The coffee we use to awaken your spirits comes from our neighbors on Schusterstrasse: a family business ironically called «Tee Peter», but which has actually been roasting coffee for the Freiburger community since 1883.
- Not to be forgotten at the champagne breakfast, the sparkling wine – of course we benefit from the extensive knowledge and the long-standing relationships of our restaurant and spoil your palate with a high-quality regional product!
