Hello asparagus!

The «royal vegetable» will be making its way into our kitchen from 15 April and with it many new seasonal recommendations. Whether it’s classic asparagus with «kratzete» and homemade hollandaise sauce or as a salad with avocado, poached egg and brioche – our creative kitchen team has come up with many delicious creations.
