The conditions specified there in the confirmation regarding deadlines and cancellation fees apply (identical to those for our direct bookers, which are explained below). <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d0fe2a4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d0fe2a4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Bookings made directly with us:<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73a30bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"73a30bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We offer our rooms for individual bookings at different rates \u2013 groups (from 5 booked rooms) have individual \u2013 more restrictive \u2013 cancellation conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-Refundable-Rate<\/li>\n<li>Standard Rate<\/li>\n<li>\u00abFlexirate\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Depending on the booked rate, different cancellation conditions apply:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e5818b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e5818b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h6 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Bookings (non-refundable rate):<\/h6>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f06c56 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3f06c56\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If you see the note \u00abcannot be cancelled free of charge\u00bb in your confirmation, then you have booked an economy room. Special restrictions apply to this booking. <\/p>\n<p>They require a non-refundable prepayment of 100%, which will be charged directly to your credit card at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<p>Bookings made at these rates cannot be cancelled or modified free of charge, i.e. the prepayment is non-refundable. In case of no-show on the arrival date, the prepayment will be forfeited. In this case, your credit card has already been charged for the total amount. In the event of a cancellation, the cancellation fee is 100%.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a032ad0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a032ad0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h6 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Bookings (Standard Rate or \u00abFlexirate\u00bb):<\/h6>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7211e3a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7211e3a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If you have specified a cancellation period in your confirmation, you can cancel free of charge until then \u2013 with the standard rate up to 3 days before arrival at 8:00 p.m., with the \u00abflexirate\u00bb up to 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival \u2013 after that the <strong>cancellation fee is up to 90% of the confirmed total price (for all reserved nights), which we may charge you<\/strong>. In order to prevent misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to inform us in writing in the event of a cancellation.
