Freiburg Planetarium

At first glance the 13-meter-wide planetarium dome that has been rising from the building at the north end of the main train station since 2002 seems a bit strange. Freiburg’s planetarium was moved here when the old projector had done its job and its projected planets wobbled more and more. Today you will find one of the most modern planetariums in the world under this dome, which can accommodate up to 140 guests for a journey through the cosmos!
